Let me start by saying I'm not a career program hopper but I have been to about 4 of them since I moved to Baltimore in 2017. And TBH I got blessed my first time with an amazing program and they set the bar really high for all the other ones IMO. But ICARRe foundation has to be the best of the best from the very top Mr Rodney (the owner) all the way down to the drivers, even security. They ALL genuinely care.
