Hi, this is the worst experience I ever had in my life back in December. I gave $6000 for a Jeep Cherokee for my son for college several weeks after I bought it. The engine went up and it cost me $1000 in repairs and tow and it still wasn’t good. I returned it back to the salesman in Maryland Laurel by the name of J he took it back, said he was gonna sell it. I had a very smooth experience with them, they created a very flexible payment plan for me and kept to their words on everything they said they would do. It’s been over a year now and the vehicle I got from them hasn’t stressed me at all even after putting over 80k miles on it.
My 16 yr old daughter bought a 2018 chevy malibu from icargo. Big mistake, major computer issues. Radio won't play, Lcd screen won't turn on, radio when it randomly comes on won't turn off even when we turn the car off. Icargo was checking about warranty but that was months ago and if course we haven't heard back. Would not recommend
