I had a very smooth experience with them, they created a very flexible payment plan for me and kept to their words on everything they said they would do. It’s been over a year now and the vehicle I got from them hasn’t stressed me at all even after putting over 80k miles on it.
My 16 yr old daughter bought a 2018 chevy malibu from icargo. Big mistake, major computer issues. Radio won't play, Lcd screen won't turn on, radio when it randomly comes on won't turn off even when we turn the car off. Icargo was checking about warranty but that was months ago and if course we haven't heard back. Would not recommend

Jay was on point from the very first interaction and was super helpful even after the sale. I drove 4 hours from NY, to trade in my car and buy the car for sale. Car was exactly as advertised. Fair prices, customer first and can honestly say it was the best dealer experience I’ve ever had. They provided temporary plates for a small fee and even washed the car at the end.
