After 4 days waiting in a Regional Hospital in Utah while treatment in the UK was being arranged, October 12 was going to be a long day: 7 hours to Denver followed by 9 hours to London. iCare managed the first trip, and can't be faulted. They were kind, professional, and sympathetic; listening and suggesting, rather than telling us what to do. If another star was available I'd give them 6! Mike W
