RecommendedJust received my first painting yesterday. Absolutely perfect. The fact that I could customize size was so helpful. Their order status shows my order still in production even after it arrived so there is some lag in their system. It was a pleasant surprise to see that it arrived yesterday. Excellent quality and ease of ordering. Looking forward to my next purchase.

My credit card information was stolen from your site and while you notified me, your offer was for a free year of credit card monitoring? I have now spent 4 hours reversing fraudulent charges and changing my credit card on file with vendors. I would advise others to avoid this company until such time as they can adequately protect customers' personal and financial information. BEWARE!!!
The quality of the art work is excellent. However, I have written several emails asking for the free return labels and have gotten no response. Is it false advertising when you say "free returns" and then do not provide a way to get that?

Very good customer care. They replaced a product more time until I was fully satisfied.
Whereas I do like the product their customer service is totally non existent. I made a purchase on a Thursday night at 40% off the theoretical retail price. The next morning the same item was at 60% off. I have emailed them and called them at 800-980-1089 (not on their website) and no return email for a week. There is a recording on the phone number saying there is not an agent available. Last order for me.

I ordered a picture I have not received it I have not gotten anything in my tracking I have gotten no information I have called and Customer Service isn’t in they contacted me and told me through email to call them they gave me the number nobody’s been in at that number!!! I sent in my order number I have not gotten not one response!! I would not recommend this company!!!!
