Recieved three orders. All came with bent canvases, bent frames, or misprints. While the company sent me replacements, I eventually gave up on their weak quality control because none ever arrived in good shape. On top of this, their company was hacked recently and my credit card was used to make multiple purchases in Portland, OR where the company is based. I will not recommend this company to anyone based on their craftsmanship, and instead spend more money elsewhere.
Received my order today. Timing was spot on with where they said it would be regarding delivery. And the canvases arrived in perfect condition. My complaint is that the colors are all washed out. Where I was anticipating vibrant prints I instead received washed out versions of the images. Very disappointed considering the cost.
I was not notified that my order had shipped, as iCanvas indicated I would. When I inquired about that, I got a canned response. I would not order from iCanvas again.

I placed and order, received it two weeks late. I called them couldn’t get through sent over 10 emails. They returned the emails stating their return policy and they would send a return address sticker by the end of the day and never did (x3 responses from iCanvas). I am contacting the BBB, this is a scam!!!
I received my art in less than perfect condition but I sent an email & received a prompt, personal & very human response from Matt. They sent me a replacement at no cost to me and it was PERFECT! Just like my experience with customer service. The piece is beautiful and I will be buying my art from iCanvas from now on!
Im always skeptical about Facebook ads. The majority are scams. This place is legit. When i ordered i received an email stating it would take 14 business days to pring and 2 days for delivery. Email was spot on... except i got my order delivered in 24hrs. Quality print. As advertised. Definitely recommend

Just received my canvas today , simply amazing , I’ve never heard of this company and was hesitant at first, but so glad I took the chance :). Shipping was quick , very smooth process. Keep up the great work, will def order again :). Very happy with my purchase
