Had a wonderful experience at IC London. She was extremely helpful and refreshingly offer a range of bra sizes in CUTE designs and varying price ranges. I especially love that they keep a personal profile for you so you don’t have to second guess anything! Walked out a customer for life!
I had a great experience 01-06-18, the ladies were welcoming and courteous when entering the store. They listened to my details about my size to gauge where we needed to start. I did alot of research on your brands, per your website. Your website could use more detail about the brands. Shopping for bras isn't always easy, and can be made difficult when you are indecisive. Thank goodness Shelly is patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The Customer Service was above, and beyond what would be expected. Shelly very kindly helped me with a another dilemma, for which I'm extremely grateful. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Had a great experience shopping here today! Not only was the customer service on point, the shop carries a great selection of bras in large sizes (I'm a G/H) and they're sexy! Plus one of the models displayed on a poster in the show room is heavily tattooed like me. I feel so comfortable here, and I love the bra I purchased today! I will definitely be back!
