We love Isaac. He's so nice to our kids, and yet so thorough. We met him when he was inspecting our last house, and he just did our new house and we came to our one year warranty. He found some big items that needed repairs, but also told us our house had some really nice features, and even showed us how to use those features. We bought our house as a spec and at our walk thru the tour guide didn't know a lot of what the special items were in the house, but Isaac figured it all out for us. Professional inspector, Dave Rix used state of the art equipment, and explained every step he took on our new home. Truly an enjoyable experience. Since we are new to the area it was especially nice to be provided with a sheet of local work resources!
