This review is complicated I called the day before and someone scheduled me for 9 am hair cut which is earlier than their operating hours. I assumed whoever made the appointment would communicate they needed the doors open by then; however, that did not happen. The stylist and I waited together outside for someone to open the store. I have been to this salon 3-4 times since moving to this part of the city and have had a wonderful experience each time. Both Ibty and Isabel have done an excellent job listening to my preferences and helping me determine what will work best with my hair. Very professional and pleasant stylists. Most recently I ended up having to come in with my younger kids. Isabel and Hamza helped them feel right at home. Great business to have in our neighborhood.

I had a wonderful experience with Isabel at Ibtys salon. Great cut and blow dry, and she was really nice to talk to. I wish I’d known he salon was there sooner!

I had a very short window of time to get my hair done, and Isabel was very accommodating and kind. She gave me exactly what I wanted.
