They booked me for Thursday between 9-11am. When no one showed up, I called and asked if someone was coming and they said their technician was fully booked. I have a schedule for our business and they left me hanging and didn't even have the courtesy to call me, very unprofessional.
Larry came and cleaned our carpet. He arrived ahead of time, which was helpful, and started explaining some of their other services that would be beneficial to me since I have pets and I went ahead with them. He was quick, professional and respectful and he finished cleaning quickly. The carpet looks like brand new and smells great. Definitely use their services again.
I.B.S Carpet Care was referred by our in-laws. It was really easy to communicate and the appointment was done fast. They do more than just carpet cleaning, they also cleaned our couches. I really thank you guys for helping us and our family.
