I love that whenever my child has been sick, they have gotten him in right away. I have never had to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. On the other hand, one thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time or even earlier. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. The nurse comes just short of telling you to "get lost" when closing time is near. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
