I honestly thought highly of Dr hechanova until now. I had to have a blood draw done on my daughter and it was put off on the offices behalf. I received a phone call from him today and he was calling me neglectful and accusing me of lying about the appointments being canceled by his staff and not me. Was requesting I provide him proof when in fact his system can show him that. I had gotten a lot of recommendations to go to Dr. Hechenova and unfortunately after bringing my infant to him 3 times now, I don't think I will be returning. He wasn't easy to talk to, Seemed dismissive, didn't ask questions, seemed concerned about unimportant things, and not concerned about things that would've been more important. He also called my daughter a "he" EVERY time we saw him until I would finally say "she" at each visit. Not exactly what I would call personal interest...
very pleased with the services my children received from Dr. Hechanova. he is caring, friendly & compassionate.
We absolutely love Dr. Hechanova. He is kind patient and very aware of his patient's cares and needs. He is also easy to talk to regarding my little ones.
