Had an emergency appointment with Dr. Ibrahim for a cracked front tooth. The safety precautions in his office were terrific! I felt very protected and had no worries about contracting Covid. As always, the kindness of Dr. Ibrahim and the staff was awesome.
My tech was very good explaining all the new steps they have in place to make sure both of us are safe. She always does a great job of making sure I am doing ok during my cleaning. She is very pleasant and fun to talk to.
I was very impressed with all the safety measures that you took to prevent covid 19. It is so far the doctor’ place where I felt the most safe. Thank you

Professional and courteous service was provided. Everything is explained clearly. I am involved in my treatment plan with options explained clearly to me.
Went in for a cleaning. Found staff their cheery and friendly (as usual). Staff also adhering to safe practices with covid around. Made me feel very comfortable with 'new normal'.
Excellent experience. Everything was clean and I felt safe!
