Spoke to Jessica’s front desk in Glenview to schedule an appointment for Dr Gates , I was referred to see her by Dr Shapiro , she was very condescending on the phone , I asked to speak to Dr Gates assistant to see if I can get an appointment earlier than 30 days out for my symptoms , Leanncy who is on Dr Gates team told Jessica she would not talk to me on the phone since I am a new patient, I am not new to IBJI, it’s to bad healthcare is like this now …
I was a patient of Dr. Bruce Noxon at the Illinois Bone and Joint Institute in Glenview. I saw him on August 10th in his Glenview office. He advised me to have my five pairs of orthotics modified. He took my orthotics and sent them to his chosen lab, DPM Orthotics, in Kent Ohio. After not returning my orthotics to me for over six weeks, he stopped responding to my phone calls. Every doctor I have seen at IBJI has had a positive result on my quality of life.
I’ve gone to Dr. Vanderby several times to help with horrible back and pain going down my leg. She is an outstanding doctor and care’s very much about the outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking relief, she is the best!
