I went to IBJI urgent care in Glenview for severe back pain. While there, both the office and medical staff were congenial and respectful. I was prescribed a steroid, however, the prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I have made 3 attempts and left messages for Dr. Garal both yesterday and today to no avail. I am in pain and would like to begin a course of treatment as soon as possible and that doesn’t seem likely considering the lack of response. I am very disappointed Ted to say the least.

I have the most positive things to say about Margie Kahle. (Sp!?) I somehow managed to give myself a massive pinch nerve with excruciating pain that has radiated throughout, my arm over the past two weeks. I’ve lost sleep, I’ve barely been able to function and I was worried there was no hope. I went to therapy today and not only was Margie encouraging, helpful and educational, but she did an outstanding job working my muscles and helping alleviate the pain to the point that I am 80% better that I have been in almost 2 weeks!... read more
I was Referred to this place by Nurse Belquis Diaz, upon arrival the receptionist was so rude, treating patient with lack of empathy. Dr Phillip Craig attended to me, his MA read out wrong medication I was not on, not a single current medication was on the list. ordered Scan of my R elbow and guess what? he came in to assess my range of motion, I could barely move my R upper arm/shoulder , then he stopped and said “oh did I hurt you, I can’t figure out what’s wrong”.
