Renters, please beware of this complex. We have been here for one month & for that month the people that live above us have a child that is running/jumping about eight hours a day. We have contacted the manager but no one does anything about it. I suspect the tenant that lived in our unit previously moved away because of this. At 130am Saturday October 30, we were awakened by a loud alarm across the parking lot. Ibis provides NO contact number for emergencies.
