It’s budgeted. The room should have done renovations, it’s out of dates. Location is good no doubts. However , if you only stay one night , still fine. But I would recommend more than 2 nights of staying here
Bad experience. Management refunded money. We didn't stay. Room smelt musty

DO NOT STAY HERE. walls are so thin we heard the neighbours going to town all night. Urine on the toilet seat when we arrived. Someone entered our room early morning without knocking or announcing themselves. We ended up checking out a day early Management in my opinion do not care. They took no record of the incidents despite me having photos and videos. Very off style of communication from the staff as well. The lady at check in was really lovely and the only positive thing during our stay other than that 0/10.
