Love the Brand Property especially the Grand. Being a travel agent and exploring all 4 locations are great. It allows for me to judge for my clients where I can send them based on the lifestyle. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The toiletries in the shower could be nicer but the ones on the vanity are better. Staff very courteous and polite. Language barrier is very difficult and more path lighting at night. Beautiful grounds, pool and beach. I will definitely be returning.

Wir sind zum 15 Mal in unserem Hotel und werden immer wieder kommen.
Great beaches, great food, great drinks, great people, great time! Only regret is not staying longer. Special thanks to Alejandro from the buffet/Italian restaurant, Yunior from the pool bar, Leury & Rosa from animación day entertainment, and margarita Garrido from housekeeping!
We have been here since the 4th of January. This is our second time to the Iberostar resort but our first time to the Bavaro suites. Our check in was quick, they got us to our room 3507 with no issues. We noticed the first night there was a dead baby roach in our room. The next morning we noticed adult roaches outside our room, also dead. We chalked up to being on a tropical island until the next morning there as a live one in our bathroom. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in, all the rooms have odors, the staff was ok, there was mold so bad in my dads room they had the change him because he got ill. After they did change him they had a super crew cutting out, hosing down the room and painting it. Then they checked some one in 30 minutes later, whom we saw a few times and complained about how bad there allergies were. So the problem was never fixed.
