Nice hotel, good rooms, great beach location. Staff are friendly and nothing too much trouble - Ernestina, Francis, Michael and Santos at the beach bar were fabulous. Food is reasonably good too and a good selection of drinks is available. The animation team are very friendly if that's your thing, but I didn't appreciate being told not once but repeatedly that I had to mark everyone including them as excellent, this may affect their contracts but really if you're good with people they will put this.. please don't tell me you... read more
Beautiful grounds, fabulous beach, excellent service and food. Just our second day.....were visiting before Iberostar in PortaPlata...... Friendly people, loved it❤️❤️
