Just got back from an amazing time there! From the second we arrived we felt like royalty. We arrived about 2:45. Our room wasn't ready, but the staff walked us down to buffet. Told us to come back after lunch. We checked in several times and our room still wasn't ready till about 4:30. Aside from that, all was great! We had room 1118, convenient to everything. Me encantó todo! El personal excelentísimo, no tengo nada de que quejarme. Muy agradecida con todos, nos hicieron sentir comodos y nos trataron espectacular. La comida excelente, teníamos mucha variedad. Agradecemos la atención del encargado de cocina Victor, un genio que siempre nos acompañó.
