Hello, my girlfriend and I planned to spend our holidays in Iberostar Bavaro Suites. Unfortunately this was the worst stay I ever had in my life. We stayed for two weeks. My girlfriend has a special disease, means she can’t eat any gluten without having terrible pain or even worse. The hotel promised us everything will be fine and that they take care of everything, even before arriving. Unfortunately this was a big lie.
