This is my 10th trip to Punta Cana, 9th with Iberostar. I often refer to it as MY HAPPY PLACE. It’s beautiful and welcoming, the staff is always hospitable, the grounds are maintained and immaculate. Food and service is always good. Do yourself a favor and make yourself a part of the Iberostar family.....you won’t be disappointed!!!
All in all a very nice destination. Needs some TCL as some things are dated in need of upgrades/fixing. Friendly staff and nice accommodations. Excellent food selection.
The worst service I’ve had at a resort. They spend all their energy trying to sell you more things instead of giving you the service you paid for. Twice at specialty restaurant, we were denied the deserts we requested. Luckily, we made them check again the second time. Maybe we look like we have “El Stupido” on our heads.
