The best part of this place is the service. The staff is so kind and helpful. They work so hard and always take care of whatever you want. The entertainment staff was very great. If you go I recommend meeting Jocairi, Miguel, Jenesis, or Juan David. They always make sure you feel welcome and are having a great time. Our butlers Justo and Staling helped us with everything we needed at all times. They would find us all over the resort to make sure we had what we wanted.
