Aún estamos en #iberostarbavaro y tenemos varias recomendaciones que hacer pero quiero realmente felicitar a la cadena por su Fit & Fun , el gimnasio es realmente bueno sus clases y profesores son geniales , el hotel debería entregar horario de clases y promover más su gimnasio . Excelente hotel .Destacable la atención y amabilidad de su personal. Desde la recepción de Agustin , el Sr Richard , el chef y todo personal con quien hemos tratado.

Sao Bavaros, boa cimifa, bons quartis com miminhos que gostamos, lindos, e o calorzinho de 30 diferente sao 30,35 bem puxados... mas depois mergulhar naquelas aguas mornas, e ficar ali na preguiça.... sao ferias nao se faz nada dorme se e come se quem wuiser pide fazer muitas outras coisas bem giras.5***** em tudo. GREAT service our most recent stay...took 10 new guests and we were all treated like royalty. Personally been here three times and EVERYTHING about our stay is/was AMAZING. Our butler Staling and Justo, along with housekeepers Jose and Diana ensured our rooms were ALWAYS on the ready for us to return after a excursion or at the end of the night. Bed was always turned back and even the special treats like setting up the jet tubs with bubblebath and bottles of champagne were a great touch.
All the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. The butler/ concierge staff, especially Staling and Hansel, were terrific. The waiters and bar staff are very good and attentive, you never go thirsty!
