The ATM has had issues but now has a new touch screen. Have banked one of my corporations there for nearly 10 years and no complaints. Small enough for personal service but still a serious bank since 1887. ATM fees of $3.00 are standard everywhere if you don't have an account with that bank. I have seen other ATM fees of $3.50 in the US and more elsewhere.
Can’t speak for the branch itself, but the ATM outside doesn’t work at all. Appears to have a touchscreen but was so unresponsive that we couldn’t even navigate to withdraw from checking before time ran out and it canceled our transaction. Happened three times in a row. Bogus.
