“Okay” laser removal job, unpleasant experience. First off the pricing quoted on the phone ($99 for bikini line) turned into $150 just because I wanted the top of my bikini line once I arrived. I was again initially told $99 in person but she left to check with her boss and came back with $150… This seems very odd and kind of a rip off since the top is literally apart of the bikini line. Was a bit hesitant to get any treatments done, as I was a complete novice when it came to any of this, but Dyana made all my worries disappear. I’ve had multiple hair removal treatments here now, and I can say every single time, Dyana has given me nothing but the utmost care. She is gentle and reassuring, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable in everything she does.
There is little if any wait time once you arrive to your appointment. It's easy to get an appointment w/in a reasonable amount of time. The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. A+
