Terrible experience through Groupon. As mentioned, the name on Groupon and the physical place isn't the same. After talking, listening, and sitting with awful ice packs, ONE attempt was made to draw my blood. When she didn't get it, I had to wait due her to speak to the owner. They then just said they'd cancel my appointment and I can't reschedule. This has never been a problem in the past or since then. So drive time, over an hour at the office, and nothing was done. I've had facial treatments at other places, but Dyana has been the best by far! Professional and pleasant - answered all my follow up questions and gave great product advice. Will be going back!
SCAM!!! Fraudulent company and false advertising this company utilizes a fake company name to lore in customers on Groupon. She does not answer the phone for scheduling request or skin care, concerns! I purchased a Groupon for two facials, I scheduled an appointment canceled 48 hours before and my Groupon was marked as used. DO NOT USE THIS FAKE COMPANY!!
I usually have great experiences with Groupon deals, especially for med spa services, but this one was a major disappointment — and honestly, concerning. I booked a microneedling session at this business, which had a completely different name on the door than what was listed on Groupon. That was the first red flag.
