My mother (83 years old) was recently in the hospital. For several problems health. She needs attention and observation of her health. But we are waiting for one space in a day. My mother needs the appointment because continued observation is essential. I don't feel a good attitude and am preoccupied with my health. My mother, Dr Jean Shiraki, never had an appointment and called us. While today. The program or rules works in this center don't give the humanity and care devotion. Everything is like machine service.

My mom doctor is Doctor Sharaki Jean she is a very professional doctor and always kind and knows How to take care about the patients, especially elderly that my own experience she is brave and she love to look deeply on patient and solve the problem as doctor. Mom mom love to go to the appointment to meet also her favorite doctor

Diana the front desk was extremely rude. I came with my mother who just had a surgery and needed to get seen by the doctor, we arrived at her appointment time which was confirmed a day before and when we got there, Diana said we were late and can't do anything about it and that my mother has to wait another month to get seen. She didn't want to do anything but kept saying we're late and my mother had to wait. Instead of trying her best to see what she can do and assure a patient that she will be well taken care of.
