The name Done Right (DR) for this pressure washing and detailing service does not fit its performance. Ian was consistently late, did not answer messages, and did not finish the job he was hired to do. There was some dispute as to what was supposed to be done, but pressure cleaning the sidewalk and curbing was definitely part of the agreement, which did not get finished. If and when you are looking for someone to come to you for detailing your car, Ian is clearly your guy. I know this because of the hours of constant work he dedicated to detailing my vehicle. The result is spectacular! This young man pays attention to detail, and keeps his focus on achieving his goal of meeting his mission statement "Done Right Detailing".
Ian came by to detail our car. First time I ever had someone come to my home for the job and I loved it!! He was professional, courteous, and had great communication before, during, and after the clean. I have already scheduled our next detailing with him! Thanks Ian!!

By accident my new SUV got clear sealant overspray on it. Ian got the overspray off and waxed the auto. When finished you could not tell that anything had happened to the SUV. He did such an outstanding job that I arranged for him to do a complete inside and outside detail on my wife's car. My wife was so amazed at how good her car looked and stated that it looked like a new car. I would recommend Ian's to all my friends, family and anyone considering having a vehicle waxed or a complete detailing.
