The name Done Right (DR) for this pressure washing and detailing service does not fit its performance. Ian was consistently late, did not answer messages, and did not finish the job he was hired to do. There was some dispute as to what was supposed to be done, but pressure cleaning the sidewalk and curbing was definitely part of the agreement, which did not get finished.
