Took my 300 series in and they found an issue during a normal service. They still fixed it within one day and the car came back spotless. The staff on the service counter were efficient and contacted me to keep me updated with the progress. A slick operation.
We all know when buying a car from interstate, unseen and only from photos through an add can be very daunting and a little scary. Good customer service
Natasha Stephan is a very reasonable and straightforward sales person. I have bought high end German vehicles and I had to negotiate over days. Natasha on the other hand was straight and reasonable from the get go. I HIGHLY recommend visiting her specifically or requesting to speak to her when buying a vehicle. Because of this I am highly likely to recommend this dealership and provided they continue to offer great service, I will continue my business with them.
