Ian could not be a nicer human and has a true talent for real estate. This was our first time home buying experience and we felt we could fully trust him to find the perfect place for us. Ian went above and beyond to assist my family with a super speedy and sudden move, and his help was instrumental to us making it happen. His knowledge, guidance, and work ethic are amazing. Ian sold my house and took care of helping me purchase new digs....he was kind, patient (with me) and did all he could do to get me into my new home...I love it and as I age I needed to leave three stories and settle into one level....we found the perfect place very quickly and I am now unpacking.
