The front desk was super unprofessional today, but Dr Purcell is great.
I cant say enough good things about Dr. Purcell and his staff. His staff is amazing, including Morgan (fellow Chicagoan :)), Mattie and Kye and I am sure many others. The team got me quickly and provided the results just as quickly. Kudos to everyone! Big thank you!
Someone named vinay called me today and told me she was cancelling my appointment, but did NOT provide any decent alternative appointment times. She was frustrating and lacked ability to be accommodating. She was very unhelpful, I wish that I had not answered the phone.
The most irresponsible front desk. Called in to get my prescriptions refilled and it’s been over 48 hours and no call back. As a person with epilepsy not getting their prescriptions on time affects my health. Worst front desk ever
By far the best Neurologist.
