We first worked with Ian a few years ago when purchasing an additional Residential Property, in Manayunk, to be used as an Income Producing Rental Property. The experience was Great. This month we wanted to Sell one of our other Income Producing Rental Properties. Ian and his Team Handled Every Detail Perfectly, including Recommending Responsible People for any Painting and necessary repairs needed, prior to Listing the Property.
