Ian was helpful, thorough and proactive from beginning to end. He made sure to be available whenever there was a house I wanted to tour and through the house hunting process, he gave honest and insightful assessment of each house tour. He was also very effective when negotiating and submitting offer to the seller, being very attentive and communicative during the whole process. All in all, he’s an agent that has your back and works for your best interest! Thank you Ian!
Ian was a phenomenal realtor. We were first time home buyers who didn’t know much about the process and he walked us through everything. Ian has an incredible attention to detail and helped us find a wonderful home. He was very communicative and trustworthy. We were in good hands!
Even though we were looking in an area a bit far from where Ian is based out of, he was committed to finding the perfect house for us. Once we found the house he coordinated with local contractors to make sure the house was in great condition for us. He negotiated professionally while still maintaining his representation of our best interests. We highly recommend Ian McRae if you are in need of an agent.
Ian is awesome. Patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and considerate. Working with Ian and Compass was a pleasure. Would recommend this group to anyone. We look forward to working with Ian again in the future!
