Even though we were looking in an area a bit far from where Ian is based out of, he was committed to finding the perfect house for us. Once we found the house he coordinated with local contractors to make sure the house was in great condition for us. He negotiated professionally while still maintaining his representation of our best interests. We highly recommend Ian McRae if you are in need of an agent.
