I would (and do) recommend Ian to anyone looking for a house in the city. Finding a new home is such a big undertaking - financially and emotionally, and Ian was patient, thorough and made sure that we ended up in a home that met all of our needs. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and made sure that the house we found was really right for us. Two and a half years after moving we all feel so grateful that we ended up in a home that has proven to be the perfect choice!

Ian was great to work with and he was so flexible about getting us viewing appointments! Ian is a professional..friendly knowlegeable and willing to go the extra mile. He was able to get our questions answered and then closed to deal for us to get our fantastic condo! And on closing day not only brought the keys, but arrived with lots to celebrate our purchase. A real gem@
Ian is a top-class guy. Not pushy in the slightest. Extremely hardworking. His late game advice helped us close our dream house on fair terms. Can’t recommend highly enough.
