Had an appointment, after one month of waiting, with Dr. Ian Thompson, but then they changed it to Dr. Chang. Ok no problem I’ll see him. Appointment was at 2, arrived at 1:30 to fill out my forms. At 2 they walked me to a room. At 4pm I left because the doctor never came in and the lady at the front desk said the Dr. was busy and didn’t know when was he comming in. Wasted a whole afternoon there.
This office is only there physically 2 times a month. I recommend you call Dr Ramirez or Dr Fernandez for this type of doctor instead.
Dr. Thompson is a great doctor. He is very attentive.
Dr.Ian Thompson, III and his practice Texas Urology Group are absolutely amazing in the way they care for their patients, you are considered an individual patient as they care for you!!! I recommend them 100%!!
After waiting months for an appointment, I was told when I arrived that it had been canceled and they had tried to contact me (they had not, in fact I had received a call confirming the appointment). Tried to reschedule, staff was not flexible and suggested I travel to San Antonio. The doctor may be good, but I won't find out because of his unprofessional staff.
