Ian went above and beyond with my expectations on selling the first house I have ever owned. This house has a sentimental value to me, I needed someone with compassion, patience but also knowledge on the market. Ian meet all of those qualities plus more. He listen to my concern, but advise professionally which is what I needed to get the most value out of this house. He also has a great network of people when I needed referrals for different jobs.
