Ian helped my husband and I buy our first house. He was quick to answer every question we had in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure everything was ready to close when it was time. Most importantly, he genuinely cared about us, our loan, and everything we were going through at the time and that said a lot about him as a person. He is enthusiastic, caring, and helpful.
