Was transferred to him after our agent retired. The only time I spoke with Ian was when I had contacted another agent about transferring our policy. Ian's office couldn't manage the simplest of tasks like accurately processing an address change. When it came to anything else I would have to make more than one call and then follow up on my own to make sure things were done. Ian blamed all the issues we'd had on State Farm's computers.
