I rarely give negative reviews... I have attached the business owners communication for your own review of the situation. I was quoted at between 20 and 30 % less than my first bill was invoiced at when it arrived.. When I called and asked the question why there is such a big difference, my questions were ignored (or at least heard and no action taken) and it took multiple weeks and me asking the same question repeatedly to get an answer... today I received this answer (see below)... I know when we spoke the notes I had on this situation differed from your recollection but things were quite hectic for you at that time. If you would like to discuss please give me a call cause from what I see there is still a discrepancy between what really went on.

At first service was great and Ian was helpful, however after years of being with him we have had one issue after another. Simple tasks turn into issues that take weeks even months to resolve. The admin assistants lack customer service and it is very apparent there is poor communication in the office. We've been overcharged twice because of this and it's extremely disappointing.
Ian Johnson provided incredible service. We spoke with him for about an hour and fifteen minutes and he had covered more than our previous insurance providers had in two years. He took the time to ask questions and get to know us and our needs regarding insurance. I brought my daughter with me who is sixteen, and he explained the importance of safe driving in a way that made us comfortable.
