Employees did not show up for a consulting appointment, which was made more than a week in advance. A phone call telling me they would not arrive would have been the correct and courteous thing to do. I cannot recommend this service.
Finding honest and reliable partners to help take care of your home is always difficult, and while I haven't signed up with them yet, I appreciate their thorough approach. I was looking into tree trimming for our corner-lot home and received quotes that were $5K and $6K, and Ian came by, asked about me and the house, and said that everything looked good and didn't want to charge me for services I didn't really need. I used Geddes a couple years ago. Exceptional knowledge of trees.
The crew did an excellent job trimming and pruning our junipers. The same company did the job three years ago and it was excellent then too.
