Dr Gaillard and his staff were the best during my procedure. I was very nervous about the colonoscopy procedure and they told me everything that was gonna and assured me I would not feel anything and everything would be ok. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and helpful. I would recommend anyone who needs to see a gastroenterologist, please go see Dr Ian Gaillard and his staff.

Had an appointment at 8am. Arrived at 7:45 to do new patient paper work. Was taken back for blood pressure and temp at 8am. Then to a room at 8:05am. At 9:05am no sign of DrGailllard. So I left and went back to work. When my customers make appointment’s with me. The expect me to be timely. I expect the same.

What a awesome Dr he is. He took the time to explain the colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures in detail. Two days after the procedure his office call to check on me and 2 weeks later at the follow up appointment he explain everything that was done in detail with the founding's. I would recommend Dr Gaillard to all my family and friends.

Dr. Gaillard seems to be very knowledgeable about his work. I felt he did a great job on my testing and procedures. He helped me to understand and made me feel comfortable when I was not too sure about the procedure.
