Everyone at JRMC was excellent from security, admissions, check-in at outpatient surgery center, prep, anethesist, Dr. Gilliard, etc. Very little wait time. Very satisfied.
The sorriest medical experience I have ever had next to JRMC. Excuse after Excuse I have seen snails more faster. Would not Recommend.

My experience was very positive. I was very afraid especially after having an bad experience earlier with another doctor but Dr. Gaillard and the other professionals in the operating room assured me that it would be fine. It was and i had no discomfort after procedures. Dr. Gaillard held my hand until i went under. felt no pain
So far, Dr. Ian Gaillard is the best that I have experienced! I'm feeling very confident in my future visits.
Very poor ,never listened to me ,never helped me .I had to find a new provider that actuaries about there patients and listens and try help with the problem.
