Ellen is awesome, I noticed an add in the pennysaver mag and I needed a new hair stylist so I took advantage of the deal offered. I was so happy with my results, i really needed a refresh and she did it! I got a brazilian blowout as well and it's been almost 12 wks and it really helps with frizz and drying time. I highly recommend her, she's so sweet too!
Ellen totally ruined my hair! I have never had such a bad experience! I was there for almost 4 hours - and in the shampoo chair for over 30 minutes! She knew she messed it up and was trying to fix her mistakes. I asked her not to use ash in my hair bc it's white and looks like gray hair-she used ash! I said I wanted little strips of low lights and highlights-she gave me big chunks! In the end, she wanted to do yet another process to my hair-it's way over processed!
