Ian is a great person and real estate agent! He is dedicated to providing an objective recommendation to his buyers so they understand if the home they’re interested in, fits their financial and personal needs. Additionally, he is very intentional on educating the real estate market, home buying process, negotiations until closing, and any other topic that a buyer may have. Overall, I can’t recommend Ian enough for anyone interested in buying a home in the PNW!!
