Dr. Murton's office staff is completely incompetent. Just trying to get in to see him I've had my appt cancelled by them twice in a row - never even got to see yhe doctor. The staff then runs interference to prevent me from talking to the office manager or the doctor to hide their incompetence. Any Doctor who hires such incompetent and uncaring staff MUST be incompetent and uncaring themselves. DO NOT go to this doctor, you will die either waiting to get in or from their lack of care.
First point of contact is the receptionist - a total fail. She is the coldest and most unfriendly receptionist I've ever dealt with. Never smiled, acted like I was inconveniencing her by even being there. If my recommendation for Dr. Murton was based on the receptionist, I would say not to bother going to this office. Another patient who was there for his first visit had the same reaction to her. Dr. Murton, at times, seemed not to listen to my answers as he rapid-fired questions at me.
