Came here after years of being at Visionworks, and I’m very happy I switched. Dr. Minucci really knows how to make you feel comfortable and takes care of her patients giving the best possible service. She was informative, respectful, and kind. I go yearly for my contacts prescription renewal, pay my co-pay, and get my script. This year I was talked into a pre-op exam for LASIK, was not informed this was a separate medical procedure and would be billed. I ended up having to come back to the office and pay an additional amount for my contacts prescription which is the only reason I needed to go to the office to begin with.
