Tim and his team are the most professional and most genuine team of sales people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. For this team making money is a very distant second to making sure that you not only get the most for selling your home but also finding the home of your dreams and every step in between. Please talk to this team before you talk to anyone else in your home buying or selling needs.
We decided to list our home with iahomes because of their ability to get our home out on social media "to the masses". Tim came out to take pictures, give suggestions, and help us get the initial listing information settled. Mike was there to help answer questions along the way & share our open houses on the Facebook page, and Peg was there to make sure closing went smoothly! I'd recommend them to anyone!
