Do not let anyone tow your vehicle here while it’s getting inspected by an adjuster. They will enter your vehicle unlawfully and steal anything of value (while making it look like they are “cleaning” your vehicle). They stole equipment from our company vehicle while it is still in the insurance process and had no right to enter our vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Pay outright to have your vehicle towed to your house and have insurance reimburse.
Terrible service, they have their own rules and are in collusion with the tow truck in front of the branch, obviously the same owners, if you buy a vehicle and want to load it on your dolly, they force you to pay the tow truck, the parking lot says "visitor parking", for being on a call near that truck that was a real piece of junk, all rusted, the owner/worker comes out to yell at me and insult me, I still don't know why, I wasn't touching or leaning on that junk, avoid buying at this branch, very ordinary people, prefer th... read more
They figured a new scam. Payment fee to make payment. They charge you for the privilege to make a payment to them. $50 buyer storage fee. They don't charge the insurance company for the car to sit there while waiting on title. They will tell you they want to move your wrecked car from the tow garage to their branch to stop the storage. They are for free storage to the insurance company so they can get your car in their clutches so they can rip off the buyer and charge thousands in seller fees.
