I have progressive insurance they brought my car here after a accident we did not decide yet if we wanted to scrap the car it was there 3 days they took all my stuff from inside the car and stole everything they where rude told me to file a claim. I am told they do this to all Carsthat come in on day 1 they steal everything inside

I had an expensive toolbox that was stolen from the trunk of my car when I went to pick up the rest of my personal belonging. Not only was the lady at the back counter zero help, but her attitude also didn't make things better.
