My car was sent here by state farm for diagnostics on a mold claim three weeks ago. They never inspected my car, instead they started the salvage process by dismantling my vehicle doors and cleaning all the mold from the interior of the car marked it for auction and left it outside. State Farm then towed it for actual diagnostics that now went from $250-$900 minimum because they have to fix door hinges etc and properly put the car back together to find how the water entered. They pick up my van for a claim I have with my insurance company n lost the key fob n their is proof that the key fob was in the van at time of pickup . Now they are delaying on paying for a new key fob. N it been over 2 weeks now. I have try to call them n no answer.
This place is hit or miss on whether you get good service or not. Or, you get what you buy. For the most part, I'd you are picking up, customer service is decent. But, make absolutely sure what you bought in the pictures is there before you leave. Even then it won't do any good to complain. Rule #1: When dealing with these jokers, make sure and account for 30% worse damage or loss than what you see in the pictures. I've tried to call and NO ONE answers your phone. I left a message and NO ONE calls me back. My vehicle was towed there by my insurance company. When do you actually answer your phone?
