Wow I'm very surprised on how the customer service ladies attend this business, helpful, kindly, always ready to support customer, if I can give 10 stars I will definitely do it!!!
This was my first time at Tucson. IAA and my experience with them was absolutely great. I mean, from the beginning from viewing the cars to finding out what I need to do to pick up a car there. Everything was absolutely excellent. The people were great as they help me through just coming out and checking things out. 2 song branch is absolutely excellent.I wish I could get that experience on a regular basis out in Phoenix.But tucson was fantastic
